will contest

dear law guru, in the year of 2002 my dad unexpectadly died, i suspect that he was murdered by my sister and mother. the reason that i suspect this is because they lied to me for two years after that he was still alive. they know im the heir and executor since im named after my dad. any way, finally i found out that he was deceased and i had to hire a p.i. to get me a copy of the will. the will is a grand scale fraud and couldnt possibly be my dads will because the old man told me his will while we worked togeather building a business. any way i have to contest the will and have it disolved because i recognize it as being the will of my evil sister whom dad kicked out of the house several times and she is hostile for various reasons. also i suspect he was poisioned because i was experiencing the symproms of poisioning before the night that vivi called a false complaint to the police and they threw me in prison. all this accured while i was falesely held in confinement. in brief i wish to contest the will and have it disoved and also to recover the estate of which i slaved for over the last 30 years. ive had death threats made against me and also have suffered some sort of break down due to the distress of this situation.

You can not handle this matter by yourself; you need to find an attorney that you can trust. But you must realize that most attorneys will have serious doubts about the validity of your version of what occurred, so gather your evidence and be prepared to present it in a rational fashion.
