How can I go about getting a copy of my parents will? Father is still living but Sister is getting everything put in her name while Father is still alive.

Your father is not obligated to show you his will. That being said, if you sister is transferring assets into her name, you need to act fast. Those transfers could be a result of financial elder abuse. Go see an attorney. I can help if you're interested.
