You do not tell us what the status is of your parents. Ask them or theri attorney or the representative of the estate or trust, go to the County Recorder's Office and look up the records under their name and any property you know they own.

You don't mention if they are dead or still alive. If alive, you ask them, and if they don't want to show you there is nothing you can do. If they are dead and any assets were in their name when they died, there will have to be a probate filing to transfer the assets. In that case the personal representative of the estate has the power to get control over the assets and to look for a will. There may be a trust document, but it means nothing unless either (1) there are assets in the name of the trust, or (2) the will leaves assets to the trustee of the trust.
You can petition the court to be appointed the personal representative of the estate.
