Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Would like to see a will of a deseased relative

We have gotten conflicting answers from relatives in our family so we want to check it out. The deseased was a multimillionare which supposavly left us with allot of money when I was three. My parents where rich and lost it all some how. I have gotten $600 and want to find out what happend. Where do I find the court documents and will. I am 22 years old.

Re: Would like to see a will

It would be on file at the courthouse. Any attorney can get you a copy or you could go to the courthouse yourself and view the file.

A will of deceased

I don't know from your question as to whether the intial gift was in trust to your parents or you are speaking of your parents will or even if they are living or not. As to wills offered for probate they are always on file. As to mismanagement of funds that is a different story. Can't tell what you are after in your question
