Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
I don't think there is a will but whatever my grandma signed was thaty uncle is the power of attorney or executor of the house and when sold is to be divided in half with my mom, does he have control on how much she gets or legally does she automatically get her half, because he's bringing up the past and saying he's going to take money out for this and that after the fact grandma is gone

A power of attorney automatically terminates when the grantor (your Grandmother) dies.
If she also has a will nominating your uncle as executor, that is useful for the Probate Court to decide who will administer the estate. If your Uncle is appointed, he will need the Judge's permission to do anything with the estate and will need to report all of his actions to the court. If you Uncle is threatening to take everything for his own, perhaps your Grandmother should see an attorney to discuss other options.
