Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
If there was no will and both my grandparnts have been deceased for many years, but still have 4 living children that are not interested in the property, but I am there grandchild and have been paying to the taxes what form will I need them to sign off for me to go though the probate process and put the property in my name?
