Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I know of people who are guilty of consperacy to commit fraud intentinal withheld evidence from the children who would inherite up to 75% of the estate, due to the executor denying that a will excists, they haven't received anything, and, the lawyer who drafted the document and held it, passed away, the lawyer who has it currently, doesn't know it, but I witnessed the distruction of one of the copies...how do the children get what they deserve?

You or the children at issue should retain legal counsel immediately to hopefully remedy the wrongs you speak of.
