Any interested party can file for probate and then contest the Will during the probate. Before you spend your money on filing fees [$355 each time], gather all the information together and see an attorney as to whether you have a good case or it wold be a waste of money to pursue it. I could advise you if you wanted [actual time spent at $125 per hour].
