Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
If a will is probated in california, and the attorney send out letters to relatives thst are not listed. Is that california law you have to do that?, add anyone that distinctly left out?

All heirs at law (such as children of the decedent) must be noticed even if they are disinherited by the will.
