Last Will & Testament

I recently reviewed my will and would like to know if any of the following will be a problem.

1. I it was drawn up over 20 years ago.

2. It is not notarized. It is witnessed by 2 people.

3. The attorney who drew it up has retired and left town.

4. There is a small bequest to someone whom I havent seen in 20 years and no longer know if they are alive much less where they live.

Is my will valid?
