Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Last Will & Testament Witness

The sole recipient of a new Will designated himself to receive the entire estate was witnessed by his son and stepson. Is this OK? It is very likely that this Will was done under duress or coersion. The last statement the decedant said was, ''No, don't contact my son, he will be mad at me.'' I found her dead the next morning, air hose perfectly coiled on floor, phone knocked to the ground. She was gripping the nightstand and had one foot on the floor.

Re: Last Will & Testament Witness

This will should be contested. Also, if you have not already done so, you should contact the police to investigate the circumstances of the death.
