Sorry to hear of the loss of your parents. As far as what you can do will be largely dependant on their mental states at the time of their death, and if either parent left a will or trust, or any instructions that would attempt to dispose of their property. Please call my office tomorrow so that I can get the requisite information I need to adequately determine how to help you.

Re: last will and testimony

Your parents' estate should be distributed according to the terms of their estate planning documents - a will and/or a trust.

If one or more of your sisters are not acting to distribute the estate in the manner your parents intended, then you will need to hire an attorney with experience in estate litigation to enforce your legal rights.

Good Luck
