Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

No will or trust

My sister died and left only a stock certificate worth appx $600.00 in her name. She had no other assets or real property. The stock certificate has now been made out to her estate. Without a will or trust, what document do I need to convert this certificate over to my name? I know it is an affidavit, I just don't know which one. I have a certified copy of a death certificate. Please let me know the forms and procedures I need. I heard for this small amount I don't need to go to court.

Thank you in advance for your prompt attention in this matter.

Re: No will or trust

the form needs to be drafted. since the estate is so small i would be happy to draft the form for you for $20 if you like.
