Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Will

Years ago an attorney told me that if

I wrote my will up in handwriting

from start to end, sign and date that

it would be considered legal in a

court of law. is this still true as I

want to updateit. thanks

Re: Will

this is not a good idea. it is unlikely that any holographic will will actually have all the effects and the results which you intend. and there are many possible provisions for a will which might apply in a particular situation (and other options of which you are likely unaware).
