I want to donate my entire body to donor programs or science. What is the best way to ensure that this will happen after I die?

I think the best way would be for you to contact a medical school directly and ask them how you would go about it. I wouldn't leave the directions in a will or other document, because your body might have already been disposed of by the time anyone reads the document.

The best way is to make arrangements with a medical school or university research program now. They will tell you how to prepare.

This generally includes language in your will and health care power of attorney, but there are usually other steps as well to make sure the donation occurs.
