How long does a person who was left in charge of a will have t give copies of the will to the family,and when should the stuff be given to the people that is suppose to get what they are left.

The named executor of the will is required to file the will with the court in the county in which the decedent resided at time of death. If the estate is more than $100,000 in assets, he will probably need to open a probate, which means that distribution could take from 6 month to a year.
