wills

if a person is included in a will(gonna recieve something)that is in limbo untill a certain age or time,is there a viewable record on file somewhere?if so, is the person intitled to view it, and howor where.

If there is a will that left a gift in trust until the beneficiary reaches a certain age, a record of that will be contained in the court's probate file. You can view the file at the office of the court clerk.
