Thank you for accepting my question...
My father was told that he is in a will of a personal friend that has passed away this past monday. If he really is in the will, when and how is my father notified and how long does this take. My father is 85 and rely's on me for alot of information. Can you please advise me on the above question...Thank You.

He should be able to call the executor and get a copy. the will will be filed with the court for probate and he will get official notice then.
