does the adult offspring of a deceased person have the legal right to request and view the will and trust of a deceased father? the widow of the deceased father has not produced any will or trust even though we know there is one?

Yes probably. You might look at probate code 16016.7 regarding trusts. Will is supposed to filed at probate Court. Good luck!

you may need to file a petition for probate to get the attention of the person who holds the will or trust. retain an attorney for more detailed advise and representation.
