My grandmothers sister had me taken off the will is there anything I can do to get my inheretence

Only if your grandmother was not mentally competent to make a will at the time. If that is the case you will have to sue if your grandmother is still alive to appoint a conservator. If she has passed you will have to challenge the will in probate.
