Your local or county bar association can usually refer you to an attorney that practices probate law.
If you are in Southern California, you can contact me.

If this concerns a will, the claim can be made in the probate proceeding, and if it's a trust, a demand for accounting and trust information can be made. If you do have a definite interest/inheritance, you may need an attorney to force the executor/trustee to give it to you.
