Last Wishes

Since a Trust is a private document, what compels a trustee to honor the Grantors last wishes?

a trustee is required according to Idaho Code section

15-7-303 to "shall keep the beneficiaries of the trust reasonably

informed of the trust and its administration." You can have

a court review the trust pursuant to Idaho Code section

15-1-401 and following.
