Witholding information from a trustee

Can information regarding a change in a family Trust be kept from another trustee after the trustor is deceased and refused to tell that trustee what he did but the other two trustee's were present at the time and he told them not to tell. until his death and was mentally a little off in his thinking?

All the trustees should have equal access to all information. If you are being prevented from knowing the information, there may be more to what was said in privacy then you know.
