Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
i was wondering what legal steps one would take to obtain the legal estate documents that were made out by the deceased and being withheld by family members from other family members involved. My friends father passed on and the mother has the documents which state how the estate is to be handled & divided amoung family members. The mother has now served my friend eviction papers to move from the property. My friend knows that her father has included her and her children in this estate and is in need of legas advise.
