On Workers Comp. and Beneficiary in Trust
Should I hold my brothers share of our mothers estate in a trust account for him if he is receiving Workers Compensation or Disability for an injury sustained on his job?

If your brother was injured on the job, and is getting Workers Compensation Insurance, receiving money from other sources i. e. an inheritance will not make a difference. Social Security Insurance and Disability is different.
