I am being written out of the will& inheritance
My father in CA died in 2003. My mother 5 mos. ago promised she would split the inheritance money between my sister & I. Since that time I have not been able to contact them: I think they are hiding from me.
I reside in Alaska.

As far as finding them, you could try internet resources such as masterfiles.com, knowx.com or zabasearch.com (to name just a few). As far as the will/estate is concerned, 4 years later is pretty late in the day, very likely too late to go to probate court. If you have Mom's promise in writing you might be able to enforce it. Whether this would be cost-effective, of course, depends on how much money is involved.
