Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Several years ago my dad who was living in the state of Virginia at the time went to an Attorney and they set up a Revocable Living Trust on everything he had. He has since moved to the state of California permanently. Is this Revocable Living Trust still valid in California?

Your father should have his trust reviewed by a California attorney to determine whether it should be amended to fit his current needs and circumstances.

It is still valid, but could run afoul of nuances of California law in execution of the trust. Therefore, Mr. Jordan's advice to have it reviewed and updated by a California attorney is a good one.
