Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

two years ago my self and mother seekn and retained a living trust making my aunt inchage of estates assets when something was to happen with my mother. after my mother was was dianosed with alizimers my my brother somehow forced my mother to change the trust this last april after hearing my family was moving to care for her.ive been told by other relatives my brother is now 2nd truste and my mother is 1st. my brother is controlling all aspects of my mother.i fera for my mother for my brother as not seen or talked to her for years and has a criminal background as well as being a self admitted alcohol. please advise me on my options

Filing for conservatorship and to revoke the later power of attorney sounds like the best thing to do here.
