Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

some years back my mother-in-law gained control over my husbands estate.I at the time did not realize that we were not leagally divorced(i did not find this out untill about a week later)She then was made fully aware that he and I were still married.There is also 3 children that because the oldest only being 16 at the time were not illegabletobe next of kin.My question is is there any type of lawsuit that I can bring against her for the extreem mental abuse she used hur standing and her(contributions)in the community work in her --FAVOUR she has caused me and my children extreem pain and took away the thing that my husband worked so hard for that our children (if something were to happen)would still maintain the basics things (stable home.as little as possible change in there daily routine.My mother-in law as systamaticly caused with full knowledge of what she is doing and made my kids and I pretty much homeless no sence of belonging.all of us have some sort of anti social behavour please we were a close loving family before she distroyed it.My husband was a good man worked hard,played hard and his boys were everything to him.there ages when he was killed(by the way he was killedon his motorcycle a hit and run)the boys were 16-14-11 please if there is anytype of form i can file for undo mental strees.Well thank you very much and god bless

I am sorry for your plight but you need to be clearer in what has actually happened and you want done. I assume probate has been closed. Children of his body are legally treated the same so it does not matter whether you were married or not at the time of conception. Unless his Will provided differently, you would have inheirted his property. What did happen is very unclear in your question.
