Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

For many years it was very ovious that there was something mentally wrong with my Mother most in part by which the way she and my Father lived.There house(the owned for 50 years) was in complete and utter ruin. It was beyond horriable---totally unlivable conditions even for the 3rd world countries! The sad part was there was no need at all for this--they had plenty(PLENTY) of money totally rebuild their home and still live a very lavish life. My Dad was sick for many years--after my Mom was asked to leave her job of over 40 years(the company felt she was getting to old) at age 75,they seemed to kinda keep to themselves reguardless of the efforts of my siblings and I to see them. When i came to the house with 2 of my 4 children --the house was so horriable i wasnt sure i could go acually stay. But i did--and with the joy of my Mother my boyfriend and I totally re-build the entire bathroom(which had no floor no plumbing,no tub or sink or even full wall) the plumbing alone took us over 12 weeks just to hack out the tree roots which had broken and grown into all the pipes. We worked our butts off for over 4 months on that project alone--We did everything for free--my Parents just paid for the materials for which we also found and got very cheap. The bathroom would have cost at least 75,000 dollars to build had an out side contractor done it. We did all the electrical work and evrything also. After that we cleaned out an unbeleivable garage because my parents were going to be sited for 10,000 dollars by the city if it wasnt cleaned up. We ended up doing 3 years worth of very very hard labor encluding all kinds of yard work and landscaping and kitchen re-building and painting and much much more. We lived there but i always bought my own food for the kids and I. We charged my parents a total of mabe $2,000 dollars for 3 years of work. After my Dad died last year(me and my father were very close) My Mother became very mentally ill and started saying things that were not true. After all was said and done she also did the same thing to all my brothers and sisters and she had to be hospitalized. My Father gave me his truck and other personal items. Now that my sister has taken over control of my Mothers assets--she is selling my mothers house(we have nowhere to live) and also cutting me off from everything. She says that all the things that my Mom said about me were true --but when she was with them "she was just sick" .I never thought I got my Moms house or anything but i certainely think I should be compensated for all the work We did if they are going to sell it and rep all the benifits from our labor!--The house was totally un sellable or livable before we came and I have many witnessess to that. My sister says that I stole things from my parents which is a total lie. Our garage caught fire because of the hot water heater(which had been in the garage for 40 years) . and of corse many things were distroyed.DONT i HAVE ANY RIGHTS?
