Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

100%diasibilty futher med.

I setteled my case before the new law ,i was promised ongoing treatment for pain management, i have 100%future med and stipulation in my award saying so but the insurance co. Wont authorize or pay for all the things they promised in our agreement. They are renigging on our agreement what can i do about it

This is why I prefer to settle cases with a Compromise and Release Agreement. With Stips, they screw the injured worker around as much as they can.

In your situation, I would file for an expedited hearing so that you can get your case on calendar ASAP. On the Declaration of Readiness to Proceed, I would also ask for Labor Code, 5814 sanctions.
