You have serious injuries and depending on the nature of your work, you may have restrictions permanently. So if your employer can't accommodate, you may have to get another type of work. You are entitled to a settlement for permanent disability and future care per recommendations of the QME report. You are also entitled to vocational rehabilitation. Please call us 213.388.7070 for a free consultation about your case.
