Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I am 1099. Do i need to pay for my own workman's comp? Or is it my employers responsibility?

If you receive a wage statement from an employer then you are an employee and the employer must provide for WC insurance. If you are an indepentent contractor you can not buy coverage.
