Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
i have an active workerscomp claim,iwas diagnosed with bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome and other tenosynovitis of the hands.1st and second surgery failed. after the second surgery, my left hand is changing color to dark gray and gives me throbbing pain in my hand and radiates tomy shoulder up to my neck. the doctor said that a sympathetic nerve was damaged during the second surgery. i dont have a lawyer yet to represent me up to thi time. do i have a case ? is there anybody out there that can help me?
