Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

add damage to the phyche to my wc claim

My phychologogist has suggested I add damage to the phyche to my workers comp claim. I have been declared permanent and stationary by the ame with 55% rating. If I do this will I go back on ttd or remain on pd advances. My current attorney is moving out of state so I also need a good attorney. Any suggestions? I'm in the inland empire area.
