Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Afraid to file report or claim

I want to know if Workers Comp Bingo is legal.

My company has had a lot of worker claims. To curb the claims they started a bingo game ... all 150 employees are devided into teams and each memeber of the team is given a bingo card and has a chance to win $50.00. Here is my problem if you file a workers comp claim your entire team is disqualified for that particular game.

I sprained my wrist pretty bad on the job with witness but I laughed it off because I didn't want my team to lose a chance at $50.00 I felt intimated by a stupind $50.00 and started to feel maybe this is not legal. Please advise.
