Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

What is the aloted time that the insurance company has to provide copies of theire file upon receiving applicant's attorney representation letter.

The WC carrier has to provide copies of the medical reports in its possession within a reasonable period of time. It does not have to provide anythling else from its file.
