Maybe your attorney is going to ask your AME why he is requesting more treatment/MRIs when you have already been declared P&S. Maybe your attorney is going to see if the AME will change his opinion about your P&S status. There is really no way to know what your attorney is thinking without asking him. Why don't you give your attorney a call?

MRI's are normally only done if further treatment is required, which implies that your condition may not be P & S. Demand of your attorney an explanation.
