Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I have my AME and my impairment rating on the DRE criteria falls on Lumbar IV and is a 24% and the insurance Dr. last evaluation was a 68% of disability my question is how long for my case settle?

You are citing two different percentage degrees of permanent disability, so I do not know if you are confused or there are two medical opinions widely apart. There is no way any of us can tell you when the case will settle, as we do not know if there is one agreed to percentage of PD, issue of future medical treatment, other WC issues, you are represented by an attorney, the adjuster wants to close the case [they prefer to close cases before the new year starts], etc.

It sounds like you have a rating from the WC board. So long as their are no other reports that need to be rated it sounds like your case could settle soon. Without reviewing your file I can not say exactly how long it will take.
