Regarding AME's inaccurate P&S report

What are my options when an AME's P&S report is inaccurate and incomplete but my attorney tell me, ''This is the report we are stuck with'' to negotiate my settlement? My employer's attorneys re-deposed the AME when they didn't agree with the disability rating the court issued based upon the P&S report, and got him to equivocate and water down his own report. If I get a new lawyer at this point, can I demand a new AME and/or that a new P&S report be written? My condition is substantially worse than when the report was written 8 months ago, but it's been 10 years with this case and I think my lawyer is just tired of it.

Re: Regarding AME's inaccurate P&S report

Because it has been a long period of time since the AME evaluated you and you have different complaints now, you may wish to have your attorney send you to the AME for reevaluation.
