Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I have an approved wc claim, have been receiving physical therapy despite the very slow process. Ive been off work for 8 weeks, I want to return to work but contiue physical therapy. Can I retun to work legally and continue therapy? I'm concerned of losing my job if I dont return within the 12 week job security period.

You can go back to work however, you need to request your doctor for your restrictions and ask your employer if they have modified work available for you and if not you have to be on disability and receive temporary disability benefits. Feel free to call me at 213-388-7070 for a free consultation.
