Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I don't know what area of law I need
I have been injured at work, been on workers comp,cleared by their Dr to return to work and am not even 10% better and now was terminated for being tardy to work as the pain medication I take makes it difficult to wake up.What do I do

you may have a cause of action for wrongful termination if it was solely premised on your health condition/medication, etc..however i would need more specific facts to go on, i.e. who said you were not 10% better, did your employer know you were on medication that made you oversleep prior to firing you, why the doctor cleared you to go back to work if you were not even 10% better, etc...feel free to email me with more specific facts and i may be able to assist you legally.
