assaulted at work

i worked in a psychiatric facility and was assaulted by a patient resulting in orbital fracture.irecieved workmans comp payments for 3 weeks and returned to work after 3 weeks and worked for 1 month and could not handle the same work agaIN. too frightened now at that place.

You may have permamnent disability due to your fracture and it appears that you have a serious stress case. I recently settled a case with similar fact pattern.
