Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
Does attorney A have to produce all findings such as videos,pictures,etc.. before deposition?

No. The defense enjoys it when the applicant testifies that he can no longer lift more than 5 lbs, and the medical reports show the same restrictions - all in the while, there's a DVD on the defense attorney's desk containing footage of the applicant working on his car, lifting motor blocks and very heavy equipment. It's a real hoot for the defense attorney.
I always advise my clients not to act outside of their work restrictions and further, I demand that they always be honest with me, the doctors, and in the depositions!
