Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
My attorney is not receiving the reports from my DR. re: medical status. By law, is the insurance Co. required to send them to my atty.?

Yes. However, if the physician is not submitting the reports timely to the carrier, it is not unreasonable that your attorney is not receiving reports.
