Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
my attorney wont return my calls, I last seen him at my court date almost 3 months ago. He told me he would get back to me in about 3 weeks. I have not heard from him I have sent emails, telephoned several times. I even attempted to contact the office manager at the firm and still no return call.

Send an e-mail asking whether they have decided to drop you as a client, and if they have not you may drop them if their is no response within 5 working days. If you still can not get a response you should look for another attorney.
