I and my attorney settle injury case without tally me all the facts that I need to make a decision.

What is your question. Normally in that general type of situation you can not void the settlement as your attorney represents you so both sides are considered to be equally aware of the relevant facts. You may have a cause of action but you must be able to show that you would have been able to get more money if you had told your attorney the offer was not large enough. That wil be difficult to do. Press your attorney to reduce his fees.
