Call up the UEF and find out if there are any funds to pay you, what yo need to do to get any payments, wio ther be any funds in the future for payment, and what the statute of limitations for suing your employer in civil court is. Normally there is a 2 year time limit on tort actions but it may be longer in your type of case, especially not starting until it is determined the employer is uinsured. Since liability is presumed, you need only show your damages, but you need to check if there are any assets you can be paid for after a judgment. You should be able to find an attorney to handle the matter as it should be a rather straight forward case.
