Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

going back to work after work injury

i had carpal tunnel surgery and now i have compression on the 2 elbows my employer is offerring me modified work but i dont want to go back and work for them. can i just dont accept their offer and if i did what would i lose ????

Your worker's compensation case may continue and you are entitled to continued medical treatment, a settlement for permanent disabilities, future medical treatment and vocational rehabilitation.
