Benifit Dispute

Was wondering if tempory and permenant disabilty payments are the same when being paid do they commbined in toatle payments. If you agree to a compromise and release under medical relese would't it state medcal on pay stub not PD. Sorry you probably don't understand what im trying to say its hard to explain the situation.

Workers' compensation is a very complex system and for the injured worker to try to go it alone without representation is a huge mistake. Do not sign the Compromise and Release agreement without representation! Please contact me at 818-943-0462. There are no out of pocket charges for teh injured worker.
